Petticoat by VHC Brands Quilts uses romantic ruchingin a bedroom-calming grey base tone and is accented with cotton voile strips in blush pink, grey tape, crme, and turquoise. The ruffling of each strip is created by a simple and vintage technique of cutting the fabric on the bias and leaving it with unfinished edges. Petticoat has 100% cotton batting and both quilt and shams feature a straight edge with .5" iron grey binding and reverse to iron grey cotton voile. fabric;
